Our journey began November 29th, 1997 and ended here on earth October 1st, 2018 after a short fight against Addiction, a total of 111 days. Jena would want everyone to know -
"You can't skip chapters that's not how life works. You must read each line and meet every character. You won't enjoy all of it. Hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don't want to read, you will read pages you don't want to end. But you must keep going. Stories keep the world revolving. Live yours. Don't miss out".
Jena would not want us to miss out on this chapter, she is the main character you wanted to meet and the page you didn't want to end. She would want all of us to take a piece of her with us and move forward to demonstrate that at the end of our last chapter all we can take with us is our love we have for each other. And whatever happiness and sorrow our chapters bring it is just that which gets us to the end of our own book.
She would want us to know with every good book you always pick it up and flip through the pages to the good parts. The pages that include Jena are her family and friends’ good parts, the memories we have and will think about until we are together again. She also advises us never to read the last page first, as we may think we want to know how our story ends, it is important to "Live in the moment and stop anticipating its destination".
Until we dance again Jena Marie, my little bird... All my love and many mommy hugs...

Coins from Jena's final chapter, even this page we didn't want to end...
Life is about falling in love with it ~ but sometimes Life doesn't make that easy to do. Others have Storms you may never understand but that doesn't make them less human.
